Starters
�� Cream of Abbey Parks root vegetable soup, parsnips crisp.
�� Pork, herb & Stilton terrine, Lincoln red wine syrup.
�� Carpaccio of grenadine splashed water melon, mint pesto & citrus sorbet.

Mains
�� Traditional roast Lincolnshire turkey, bacon wrapped chipolatas, chestnut stuffing and roast gravy.
�� Grimsby market pan fried salmon fillet, fennel & orange salad, crispy deep fried leeks & chilli salsa.
�� Abbey Park roast butternut squash & red onion filo sack served with spiced red pepper cream.
